Vehicle listings

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include the charges described there. The full price is presented before you commit to a purchase.

An order is confirmed when payment is approved.

We may cancel orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud and refund any amount paid.

We do not offer subscriptions, and there are no recurring charges.

Selling or trading in your vehicle

Any value we indicate for your vehicle is an estimate until we evaluate the vehicle and review its documentation. A purchase or trade-in is final only when both parties agree in writing.

You must be the lawful owner, or be authorized by the owner, and provide the documentation required by law.

Financing intermediation

We help forward your financing request to partner financial institutions. The lender alone decides on approval, rates and terms.

We do not grant credit, and we do not guarantee approval or any particular terms.
